Mong’s Heritage Tea – Ta Xua

This is the traditional way of making green tea of the Mong people in Ta Xua, Bac Yen, Son La. They use wood fire and cast iron pans to make tea. This process lasts 2 hours and each batch makes 200g of finished tea.
